Welcome to the 2018 season. While we search for a head umpire guy I’ll be getting things started with this years clinic. There are two types of umpire clinics; 60 foot (Major / Minor) and 90 foot (Intermediate and above) with other differences being the depth of rule and game management coverage. Whalley will only be offering a 60’ clinic. I encourage you to do more then the minimum and we have lots of local resources.

Calling all 7 and 8 years olds!
The Rookie Division is having their evaluations Sunday March 4th. Please make sure to register online so we can have a name tag ready for him/her .
The Rookie division is primarily an 8 year old league (born between Sept 2009-Aug 2010) but we understand that some of our 7 year olds (born between Sept 2010- Aug 2011) are ready for the challenge.
In this division, we use the pitching machines, the base paths are the same and we still focus on fun as we do in the Mini’s, but we will concentrate on the fundamentals of the game and the rules which are important to the next level. The competition level is higher and you should expect to be at the park for 2 to 3 games a week along with 1 or 2 practices.
Any Parents interested in Coaching please let us know.
Outstanding Payments & Volunteer Cheques can be dropped of when checking into Evals.
Looking forward to meeting you all on the 4th!
Mike Marino – Player Agent, Rookie Division
