• Every parent of a registered player must fulfill a 3 hour shift in the concession.  
• Concession dates and time schedules are given to the coaches and/or team manager.
• Each parent is responsible for signing up on the allotted times given. 
• Each parent is responsible for signing in when they arrive at the concession. 
• You must be 16 years or older to work in the concession. 
• A rainout does not count as a completed session. Please check website (if fields are closed, concession will be closed).
• If you show up at the concession and it is closed (due to rainout), this does not count as a completed session.
• Refunds of concession cheques will only be refunded up to October 30 of that year.
• Concession cheques will be voided at the end of the season once your concession shift has been completed. 
• Rainouts can be re-scheduled through Lisa Compeau (ONLY). Please email at wllregistrar@gmail.com
• Leaving a message with Julie in the concession does not count as a completed shift.
